10-year insurance-backed warranty
MPM are warranted builders. We can provide a 10-year insurance-backed Master Bond warranty as part of your project package. The cost of this cover is set by the FMB at 1.5% of the contract total (for a £1,000 project, £15).
Master Bond insurance protects you against loss of deposit, failure of the builder to complete the work, or specific defects in the completed work.

We control the health and safety risks arising from our work, consult our employees, maintain safe plant and equipment, and make sure everyone is competent and trained for their tasks. Our full health and safety policy is held at the office.
